Larry Woodson, President and CEO

Larry has been the driving force in developing new businesses for over 30 years. His first stage of business creation was at Texas Instruments where as Worldwide Manager of Strategic Marketing he helped to create digital watches, the first handheld games, Microcontrollers and Microprocessors, Speech Processors, Video Processors, as well as lead the creation and launch of Digital Signal Processing. Larry then transferred that experience to start-ups.

At AMCC, he transitioned them from Bipolar Gate Arrays into a leading Telecom products company. He then was the Senior VP of Marketing for Synopsys, providing the semiconductor view into Synopsys' Design Tool products. Next for him was the creation of Sitera, a leader in Network Processing, that was subsequently sold to Vitesse. Before coming to VizionWare, he helped to put in place the channel strategy for Corrent, a Security Processing company and Picolight, an Optical Transceiver company.

Larry has an electrical engineering degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has been involved in the creation of many standards and driven partnerships that have created new markets.

Sharon Foster, Chief Financial Officer

Sharon has more than twenty years experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Controller, of which, fifteen years has been with semiconductor manufacturing and capital equipment related companies. Sharon served as Chief Financial Officer of Progressive Systems Technology (PST) from 1992-1999. Founded in 1991, PST was an automation company serving both semiconductor and FPD industries. PST was listed in the INC. top 500 privately held companies for two consecutive years, ranking 86 in 1997. Sharon led operations during this timeframe. After PST was acquired by Asyst Technologies, a NASDAQ listed company, Sharon assumed financial leadership roles within Asyst. Sharon served as Director of Finance and Business Operations of Metron Technology, a NASDAQ listed company that was acquired by Applied Materials in 2005. Sharon holds a BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University.

Ben Jamison, VP Sales and Marketing

Ben's career in technology spans over 25 years. He has held key positions in worldwide companies, giving him a breadth of experience in consumer electronics, professional video sales and marketing, and the television broadcasting industry. Ben's sales and marketing management includes tenure as VP of Sales & Marketing at Runco International, a leading supplier of home theater products to the custom consumer electronics market and at CodexNovus, a developer of high definition media server products. He also held several senior management positions at NEC Technologies, helping establish NEC as the leader in projects display and computer display products to the commercial market. Ben has considerable experience in many of the different core technologies used in the both mainstream and emerging display applications, such as MEMS, plasma, CRT, LCD, and LCOS. He also worked at AMPEX and Abekas Video Systems, two well-known companies in the television broadcasting industry.

Ken Egan, Chief Technology Officer

Ken is an experienced technologist with more than 20 years in research and development, covering systems engineering to quantum electro-optical devices. Ken was instrumental in the development of signal integrity methodology for systems timing closure for Interactive Silicon. He is also recognized as an expert in the development and optimization of entropy codes.

Ken has been a technical liaison to several Fortune 500 companies, and was the architect for video pipelines within IBM's 3D graphics products. He was also a Senior Technical Staff member of MCC. His numerous awards include an Army Science Medal, Oceanographer of the Navy Award, and the prestigious Westinghouse STS award in 1977 for his work on the laser printer. Ken studied Electrical and Ocean Engineering from FIT, and continued post-graduate studies in Chemical Engineering with an emphasis on Computational Chemistry. He currently holds 4 patents and 16 patents pending ranging from cache algorithms to video processing and EMI reduction.

Randy Holman, VP of Operations

Randy's career covers more than 34 years of experience in production and operations. After graduating from Oklahoma State University he began his career at Texas Instruments, where he spent the next seventeen years. He was instrumental in the recruiting, hiring and training of the team that transformed Texas Instruments into the worldwide leader in Hi-Speed CMOS logic. He later held the position of Hi-Speed CMOS Department Manager, a product line that formed the building blocks for ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuits). Randy's next assignment at TI was as the operations manager in the ASIC group and he was later promoted to the position of North American ASIC Business Entity Manager.

Randy was then recruited as factory manager for Amkor's U.S. BGA (Ball Grid Array) operation. Soon after starting that assignment, he was asked to manage a factory in the Philippines, where he spent the next three years in Manila as Vice President and General Manager of Amkor's P2 assembly. After leaving the Philippines, Randy helped build and manage Amkor's world wide BGA Design Operations.

As Vice President of Operations at Kulicke and Soffa's (K&S) Flip-Chip division, he managed the company's wafer bumping and wafer level packaging production facility.

Just prior to joining VizionWare, Randy was Vice President of Operations at Corrent Corporation, a network security processing company.
